Dre and Syd are 7½ weeks old — chowing down on their first gruel and loving every messy bite.

· One boy (Dre, blue collar, apricot) and one girl (Syd, orange collar, black)
· Weights recorded at 4 weeks (9/22) — Dre 1 lb 7 oz, Syd 1 lb 6 oz (both more than quadrupled their birth weights)
· Started gruel (soft puppy-food mash) and both pups are chowing down, smacking, and loving every bite
· Steady on their feet now — playing, exploring the nursery, and learning to socialize
· Still nursing with Mom between gruel sessions
· F1B coats are generally expected to be low-shedding, though coat type and shedding can vary by puppy.
