Shipping & Returns

This policy covers shipping, delivery, and returns for both puppy placements and merchandise purchased from TS2K Puppies. Puppy placements are governed primarily by the Puppy Purchase Contract you sign at reservation.

Puppy delivery

Once your puppy is matched and your reservation is complete, we coordinate delivery directly with you. Options include in-home pickup at our Texas location, a vetted ground nanny, or a flight nanny for longer distances. Delivery fees are quoted per trip based on distance, method, and timing, and are billed separately from the puppy price.

Returns, replacements, and health guarantees for puppies are handled entirely under the terms of your Puppy Purchase Contract. Please review it carefully before signing.

Merch shipping

Apparel, accessories, and other branded goods are fulfilled by our print-on-demand and supplier partners. Orders typically process in 3–7 business days, then ship via standard carriers. Domestic delivery usually arrives within 5–10 business days after shipping; international orders may take longer depending on customs.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Merch returns & exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
