How do I reserve a puppy?

First, submit a puppy application — we review every application to make sure it's a great match. Once your application is approved, you can place a $500 non-refundable deposit (applied to the final purchase price) on the puppy you love to hold them in your name. Deposits cannot be paid before approval.

Yes. Our parent dogs are genetically screened for breed-specific conditions, and every puppy is examined by our veterinarian before going home. You'll receive a written health guarantee with your Purchase Agreement.

What is ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation)?

ENS is a veterinarian-developed protocol of brief, gentle daily handling exercises performed during a critical early developmental window. The five exercises (tactile stimulation, head held erect, head pointed down, supine position, and thermal stimulation) each last 3–5 seconds and stimulate the puppy's neurological system in ways that don't occur naturally at that age.

When does ENS start in your program?

Our structured early-development program begins at 3 weeks of age, when puppies' eyes and ears have opened and their nervous systems are primed for new input. From there we layer in Early Scent Introduction, novel surfaces and sounds, gentle handling by multiple people, and age-appropriate problem-solving — continuing throughout their time with us.

What are the benefits of ENS for my puppy?

Documented benefits include improved cardiovascular performance, stronger heart rate, stronger adrenal glands, greater tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease. In day-to-day life this tends to show up as puppies who are calmer at the vet, more confident in new environments, recover faster from startle, and adapt more easily to travel, children, and other pets.

When can my puppy come home?

Puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks old, after they're fully weaned and cleared by our vet. Each puppy on the Available page lists its specific ready-for-pickup date.

What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?

Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable — you can apply yours to any other available TS2K puppy within 12 months. We'll help you find the right match.

What food and supplies do I need before pickup?

A crate, harness and leash, puppy food (we send a starter bag in the same formula), bowls, and an ID tag. Our Care Guide has the full checklist plus our recommended brands.

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 1-year genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects, plus a 72-hour 'vet check' window for any new owner. Full terms are in your Purchase Agreement.

Cavapoo vs Maltipoo vs Yorkiepoo — which is right for me?

Cavapoos tend to be gentler, slightly larger (12–25 lb), and very people-social — great with kids. Maltipoos are affectionate, low-shedding, and small (5–12 lb) — a sweet companion choice for allergy-sensitive homes.
