How do I reserve a puppy?

Click Reserve Now on the puppy you love and place a $500 reservation deposit (applied to the final purchase price) — the puppy is immediately held in your name. The deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited if you cancel or change your mind. You'll then complete our puppy application with your contact details so we can make sure it's a great match. Prefer not to use a deposit? You can also pay in full at reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout for both the $500 deposit and the remaining balance. You can pay the balance online any time before pickup, or pay in full up front. We do not offer installment or buy-now-pay-later plans for puppy purchases.

How do I pay my balance and schedule pickup?

Accepted Answer

Once your deposit is in and your application is complete, you can log in to your buyer portal to pay the remaining balance online and schedule your pickup or delivery date. Please schedule within your 7-calendar-day complimentary pickup period. The balance must be paid in full before your puppy is released for pickup, and for shipping or delivery the balance and all delivery charges must be paid in full before transport is scheduled.

What's included in the price?

Vet exam and age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchip, our written health guarantee, and a curated go-home kit (starter food, blanket with littermate scent, toy, and care guide).

Are your puppies health-tested?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our parent dogs are genetically screened for breed-specific conditions, and every puppy is examined by our veterinarian before going home. You'll receive a written health guarantee with your Purchase Agreement.

What is ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation)?

ENS is a veterinarian-developed protocol of brief, gentle daily handling exercises performed during a critical early developmental window. The five exercises (tactile stimulation, head held erect, head pointed down, supine position, and thermal stimulation) each last 3–5 seconds and stimulate the puppy's neurological system in ways that don't occur naturally at that age.

When does ENS start in your program?

Our structured early-development program begins at 3 weeks of age, when puppies' eyes and ears have opened and their nervous systems are primed for new input. From there we layer in Early Scent Introduction, novel surfaces and sounds, gentle handling by multiple people, and age-appropriate problem-solving — continuing throughout their time with us.

What are the benefits of ENS for my puppy?

Documented benefits include improved cardiovascular performance, stronger heart rate, stronger adrenal glands, greater tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease. In day-to-day life this tends to show up as puppies who are calmer at the vet, more confident in new environments, recover faster from startle, and adapt more easily to travel, children, and other pets.

When can my puppy come home?

Puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks old, after they're fully weaned and cleared by our vet. Each puppy on the Available page lists its specific ready-for-pickup date.

Question 11

What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?

Accepted Answer

The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable. If you voluntarily cancel, withdraw, or change your mind, the deposit is forfeited. There is no automatic right to move your deposit to another puppy or a future litter; TS2K Puppies may grant a transfer as a goodwill exception, in writing, with its own conditions and expiration date. If TS2K Puppies declines or rejects your reservation, your deposit is refunded in full. Full terms are in the Puppy Pickup & Extended Care Policy.

How long do I have to pick up my puppy?

Accepted Answer

You have a 7-calendar-day complimentary pickup period. It begins on the later of your puppy's designated ready date or the date your deposit is received and confirmed. By the end of Day 7 your puppy must be picked up or approved delivery completed, or a specific future date must be scheduled and approved by TS2K Puppies in writing. Where we approve continued care beyond Day 7, an Extended Care Fee of $35 per calendar day applies starting Day 8. If we delay release because your puppy isn't ready yet, you're not charged for that time and the 7-day period runs from the revised ready date. What food and supplies do I need before pickup?

A crate, harness and leash, puppy food (we send a starter bag in the same formula), bowls, and an ID tag. Our Care Guide has the full checklist plus our recommended brands.

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 1-year genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects, plus a 72-hour 'vet check' window for any new owner. Full terms are in your Purchase Agreement.

Cavapoo vs Maltipoo vs Yorkiepoo — which is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Cavapoos tend to be gentler, slightly larger (12–25 lb), and very people-social — great with kids. Maltipoos are affectionate, low-shedding, and small (5–12 lb) — a sweet companion choice for allergy-sensitive homes.
