The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the final purchase price of your puppy. If you cancel or change your mind, the deposit is forfeited. Pickup or approved delivery must be arranged within 7 calendar days of the later of your puppy's ready date or the date your deposit is confirmed; approved extended care is $35 per day beginning on Day 8.
