We'll work with you to get your puppy home safely. Choose the option that works best for your family.
In-home pickup
Meet us at our home in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, Texas. We'll spend time with you, share care instructions, and send you home with your TS2K Puppy Welcome Kit. Your TS2K Puppy Welcome Kit may be presented in a branded gift box, branded gift bag, or comparable packaging depending on availability. Packaging may vary, but the puppy-specific care materials and records provided with your puppy remain consistent.
Ground nanny delivery
Door-to-door delivery via professional pet ground transport for nearby states. Pricing varies by distance — we'll arrange and quote.
Flight nanny
For longer distances, an experienced flight nanny can hand-deliver your puppy in-cabin. We coordinate booking and travel logistics.

Pickup timing & payment
You have a 7-calendar-day complimentary pickup period, beginning on the later of your puppy's designated ready date or the date your reservation deposit is received and confirmed. By the end of Day 7, your puppy must be picked up or approved delivery completed, or a specific future date must be scheduled and approved by us in writing. Where we approve continued care beyond Day 7, an Extended Care Fee of $35 per calendar day applies beginning on Day 8.
The balance is due in full before your puppy is released for pickup. For shipping or delivery, the balance and all delivery, transport, and care charges must be paid in full before transport is scheduled. Full terms: Puppy Pickup & Extended Care Policy.
